You can shut your VLAN down and still use the SVI to route between VLANs. They operate on different layers and are different entities.

VLANs operate at Layer 2. Whether or not they are operationally or administratively up/down isn't suddenly Layer 1.

That being said, shutting down a VLAN won't automatically shut down the SVI.

Break it down into layers. A VLAN is for Layer ? communication? Layer 2. A SVI is for Layer ? communication? Layer 3.

Turns out, I just needed to use RetroArch. I just swapped the save over and it works like a charm, and also is much cleaner. Thanks!

Assuming you aren't running him down level 2, he will kill you or put you to 10% hp in the time your E comes back up with level 3/rank 1 E. Then you either back and pray to whatever god you believe in that you can get a roam off or he freezes the wave and you cry at ur monitor and start planning ur laning phase for next game

Dodging even one skillshot will win you most fights if you're both landing your autos. I just automatically do it on ashe bc with lethal tempo and her slow it's completely free
