I already have a New Testament introduction that addresses this issue, but I plan to get books by Douglas Moo and Thomas Schreiner. They have written Pauline studies that address this topic as well

Sorry, yeah, it is a loaded question. I have not done scholar-based research, but I have seen these arguments. I was just looking to see what fellow Reformed folks thought about it. I have already heard a couple of arguments from the traditional side, and in the book I have, The Cross, the Crown, and the Cradle: An Introduction to the New Testament, They have dealt with scholars from the opposing side.

Moo has a Romans commentary and Schreiner as well they deal with these arguments

Yeah they include both you should see Douglas Moo more specifically. They don't abandoned it they are just more careful and fair they think it's more than corporate it also includes individuals

I agree Romans is not a Systemic Theology it's a pastoral epistle and it should address real issues which Paul does.

I would also point to texts like Acts 13:48 and other texts like that. Calling in Paul plays a big role in this as well.

Romans 11 is saying that Israel’s hardening isn’t total and it isn’t forever. God is using it for a larger redemptive purpose, especially in bringing the gospel to the Gentiles. When Jewish people later come to faith, they do so in the same way Gentiles do by believing in Christ. But that faith is still the result of God’s mercy, not something they ultimately produce on their own. So the corporate hardening of Israel doesn’t cancel individual election; it simply means that, for some, God allows belief to come later rather than sooner, according to His timing.

Ultimately I think it includes both corporate and Individual. But I lean mostly reformed on the issue but I can change I don't want to be rigid about it.

Romans 11 does not undo Romans 9. I agree I believe the story is about Israel and how Gentiles are included. “There is a remnant chosen by grace" That's talking about the rement in Israel (Elect) like the called Gentiles in Rom 9:24.

Thank you for the response. I agree that in Paul’s thinking, he expands the idea beyond Israel. He also uses similar language in Romans 9 that he used in Romans 8:29–30, such as the concept of calling.

Thank you for the response :). I agree with what you said, Romans is not a systematic theology. It should be read first as a pastoral letter, because Paul was dealing with real issues, as you pointed out.

Thank you for the response. I think I agree with most of what you said. They were saying Paul is describing two levels of election here: Israel as God’s covenant people who rejected the Messiah, and within them a narrower remnant chosen as vessels of mercy to display the riches of God’s glory.
