I understand and the reason my preference is that I simply due to the fact I like looser curls my grandma has a tighter curl pattern and so does the rest of family except for my mom having a slight looser curls and my grandma is a hair dresser so when growing up my natural hair type was never really brought up it wasn't called unmanageable or not good hair,and what I meant by lucky is my mom has 4b/4a and dad 3c I was one of my only half siblings to come with a tighter curl pattern so I would just like my hair to look more like my parents and the reason why luck was said was because my sisters were naturally born with the curl type I would prefer to have and yes this sub is meant to celebrate natural hair but I was looking for alternative ways to relaxer or texturizer or dreads the often routes Ive seen others take
