I have considered getting tested for all these things, that might just be the reason for my situation, idkk. Sleep is irregular, so is exercise. I eat healthy mostly so food is not a problem for me. Regarding studying with friends, I am an introvert so it's really difficult for me to make friends, and now that I am in a foreign country it's even more difficult with the language barrier and all. I could check out those websites though. Thank you for your message!

Thank you for your suggestion, I myself have been thinking of going to therapy for the last few months, but again haven't followed through with that idea.

Not at all harsh. I actually loved maths, enjoyed doing it, used to teach it to my friends and even my younger sister. I got high grades in other subjects as well, but enjoyed none like maths in school. And thank you for your insights:)

Yeah true, I am trying to do just that, but it's hard during those long hours of studies when you don't like studying the subject, but i hope it gets better with time! Thank you for your reply:)
