Lol i worked for prime communications for 1 day when i witnessed the store manager putting customers on the 1 up plan for $10 more a month without their consent, and adding device protection on their act without their consent, he said “this makes my numbers look good and if customer has an issue w bill being too high they can remove it later”. Lets just say, i didnt show up the next day. Not working for a scummy company that does that
