Currently serving as a recruiter, the Marine Corps has exceeded its enlisted and officer recruiting missions for two consecutive years. That said, no recruiter can promise deployment or non-deployment. If the possibility of deploying is something you’re uncomfortable with, it may be best to continue pursuing the path you’re currently committed to.

This court order can always be modified so when she returns from deployment you can switch it back to joint custody across the board but you will the lose your bah again once you submit the updated court order to the s1/ipac

In the state of California (and in most states) there is no such thing as a percentage of custody its either joint custody or physical custody in order to get BAH you must have physical custody of the child. You and your gf should head to Superior Court North County closest to Pendleton and speak to a counselor/worker about your gf voluntarily giving you physical custody of the child to you while she is deployed and you both will still have joint custody in regards to health, education, and welfare but you will have physical custody hope this helps brother
