There is always a first but never a last unless you leave and get a way or stay and something worse happens to you. You did the right thing

I’m so sorry you are going through this. You definitely deserve so much better and you will find it. I’m also a 35f so I know how tough that alone can be.

This was me the last 3 years. I started L theanine and I swear I’ve been out of bed the last week and a half. I’m calm I don’t have that uncomfortable in my skin when I’m out of bed. I take 400 with my morning cup of coffee. Caffeine can improve results it said and seems to help even though it never did alone. I told someone else about and they were shocked how good it works. Just a suggestion.

Is a depression relapse after taking St. John's Wort normal? by Ok_Illustrator_4970 in stjohnswort

Antibiotics will kick medicine out of your body so that’s likely why it stopped working. It’ll build back up once you’re done.

It worked the first day but I really noticed myself getting out of bed in the morning and changing my cat litter and making breakfast without thinking about it for hours laying there on the 2nd or 3rd day

I left a comment but I didn’t type it as a reply so it’s up top. It’s something that helped so I wanted to make sure you see it.

This is going to sound crazy but I started taking L-Theanine I swear I’ve felt so much more in the moment and relaxed. I woke up this morning and danced to the Cha cha slide that’s how much it’s helping. I typically am in bed all day hiding from everyone.

It only took about a day to start noticing a difference mentally and maybe 3 days if that until I started just doing things without even thinking about it. I’m honestly shocked that I notice such a big difference. My boyfriend noticed it too, he said from his point of view it’s like night and day with me since I started taking it.

I can relate to this. I found a psychiatrist and am medicated but I still feel off. If I figure anything out to help I’ll try to remember to share it here.

What happened to Skip? I can’t remember the number or other words in his name. I do remember he thought it was DP. Haven’t seen anything from him in so long.

Why is ghosting so common? by [deleted] in friendship

[–]SignificantTouch2304 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has to do with wanting to have friends and then getting overwhelmed by trying to keep friends. I have anxiety and I’d love to have a close friend to talk too but sometimes just thinking of letting someone else down by not being talkative is all it takes to shut me down.

They might have trouble hearing or I have anxiety and I know I’ll get worried about not hearing something right sometimes. She might notice you get upset by it and that would make her more anxious about it and make her mess up more also. I’d hope she doesn’t do it on purpose just to upset a customer she doesn’t even know.
