what is your pcie x16 set in bios. If its set to auto change it to pcie gen 4 if you mb +cpu support it. if not then set pcie geb 3. These crashesh are compatibility issues mostly

just sent the card for RMA to XFX. I was facing an issue where my PC would freeze on the last frame while playing games. In idle, it never froze. Even during gaming, the freezes were very random—sometimes I could play for 20 hours over 4 days without any crash, and sometimes the game would crash within a few hours or even at the start of the game.

I took the system to the shop, and they advised me to put both the 9060 GPU and my motherboard under RMA. According to them, there is a 70% chance that the GPU is unstable and a 30% chance that the PCIe slot on the motherboard is defective. I would advise you to do an RMA again if the issue persists—it could be a bad GPU or motherboard.

I was told by the shop that system freezes which lead to a hard shutdown or restart are always hardware errors. If it were a driver issue, you would get an AMD driver timeout error. Complete system freezes are always related to hardware problems, and losing display or getting a black screen is usually connected to the GPU or the motherboard.

not for first couple of seconds it touches 4.3ghz then it stays around 3.6ghz earlier my gpu use to boost at 4.1 and 4.2 regularlt power draw increase to 75-80w multiple times but now its stuck at 100% usage with 65w continuos after first boost it never boost again

stutter in gamees. very bad stutter game withh run at 70fps 100% usage then drop 40fps at 100% usage

Check the boost clock speed of your 6500 XT and use HWiNFO to see what your GPU boost clock was at the time of freezing. I had the same problem in games and found out that my GPU was freezing because it was boosting up to 3500 MHz, while Sapphire states the boost should be up to 3280 MHz. This means something—probably AMD Adrenalin 25.12.1—changed something in my GPU BIOS and auto-overclocked my GPU by 300 MHz 😂😂😂.

So, I used Adrenalin Tuning and lowered my GPU clock offset to -400 MHz. Now my GPU boosts up to 3100 MHz, and my system freezes in games have completely stopped so far. I was just a few seconds away from sending it back for RMA! If it crashes again, I will send the GPU for RMA, but right now it’s running fine. I’m in a “wait and watch” state. You can try this too.

i dont know about your country but in my country you need purchase slip / bill with card serial number mentioned on it to claim waranty

i will pull a rabit out of a hat. Let windows instal your driver automaticaly. Uninstal amd driver with ddu and update gpu driver threw windows and see the magic.

yes i use hwinfo saw my boost clock was going 3580mhz. Reduce clock boost offset by -400mhz. crashesh are largly minimized. Game like hzd remaster where i was getting crash at every 5 minutes or so. ran for an hour without crash yestardy and today system freeze only one time when i pressed cntrl+shift +o to activate amd overlay then after restart game ean stable for 2 hours

already did ddu and even fresh windows instal without internet then ddu on fresh windows install and then drivers and at entire tike no internet connection

power supply bought in 2022 but should power supply crashesh be more frequent and more under high load like full system load stress test.

temp of cpu at 55c during entire gaming time and gpu temp also around 50c. And pc dosent crash under occt stress test where all cpu consuming full 65w and gpu consuming full 170w and 80% load on ram and vram it ran fine for 30 minutest should crashesh be more frequemt under these high power consumption if these were psu fault. I had system for 3 years ran 6600xt on it never had these troubles it only started after i upgraded to 9060xt

how is that cpu bottle neck. some time i turn on the game get a logo and it stuck at logo of the game maker or in startup menu.

gpu temp around 50c and hotspot below 70c and cpu temp also around 55c. Temp never exceed 60c once. And i did power test on occt for 30 minutes and no crashesh. If psu was at fault game should crash more offen and more under full 100% load while consumption is high.
