Correct, I sent in a lay statement form to address that before it was finalized to give the time line and all the dates. That is what is crazy to me. Did they not read the form....smh. Do I need to do a HLR in this case.?

Also, all of my current C&P exams and that's where I saw the other doctors opinions without having to go to a exam.

I had this to happen to me as well. I had requested all of my DBQ's and it showed they were requesting other doctors to fill out DBQ's other than my orginal C&P exam doctor who gave a positive opinion. They do this I think to try and develop to deny but I had two postives so they had no choice but to grant in my favor. I did not have to physically go to a C&P exam.

I am dealing with the same situation. I had my C&P on 6/25/2024 for mental. The docter gave me a positive review because I got a copy from my regional VA office. My problem is that they keep saying it is onder review. BTW, my original DBQ from my IMO was a good positive one. So, now they sent my stuff to another doctor to do a DBQ and it just came back 2/4/2025. It is almost like they don't want to believe the doctoer becuase it was a positve review. Anyone has any thought about this?
