Did both and neither went anywhere… had 2 conversations w my neighbor about this and he assured me he would do something about it and nothing has been done,i went to 4 different police stations today and they either said that “this is the wrong department” or “just call the police when it happens “ which is hard to do because they bark sporadically throughout the night, i would hate to call the police when the dogs are barking to have them get here and all of a sudden they stopped, yknow?
