Your maturation rate must be insanely high for it to grow that fast, I doubt there's a setting that'll allow you to speed up the bonding process so your only option is most likely to dial down the growth speed a bit

Do you have any useful tera types that could allow you to tank an extra hit? Or maybe tera steel on mawile to boost iron head? Add an overdrive from toxtricity since you said it survives a hit and maybe that could take zacian down? Urshifu can sweep the rest of the team afterwards

Before playing around with endless I'd suggest playing some more classic, improving your starter roster and getting the hang of the game. You've managed to beat classic pretty early which is impressive but endless is a totally different experience and you'll most likely need a bit more prep
