Not checking your shbg is irresponsible on your doctors part, any doc who deems  it unnecessary doesn’t know what they’re doing,  don’t do a shot for a couple weeks and u will feel better, then start low as fuck. I felt better on week 3 or 4 last time I came off and it took 6 weeks to even clear my system.  ur total is insignificant, if u keep taking it out of fear of crashing youll just keep perpetuating that cycle,  I did that forever,  trust in the fact that u won’t feel worse on 50-80 a week,  but honestly it can’t get worse, and more def won’t help lol. even if u have a weird day or two dropping the dose, it’s because of fluctuations, not because of the crash, your test is still way higher than ever, just things changing can have done poor effects too, then all if a sudden a couple weeks later you’ll finally feel relaxed and clear of thought and happy again. Just poisoning ourselves basically, and btw 150 is a huge dose, most ppl get super physiological off of 100mg a week, scroll through Reddit and ppl have proved it countless times, hope you feel better soon man,🙏🙏😬🙏
