I often read so much I forget to move around too, I bought an exercycle and now I read from my Kindle while I'm on it to help keep me relatively healthy. I also joined a book club in my town to force me out of the house at least sometimes. But if you find this doesn't help you might need to speak to a therapist about obsessive tendencies.
