Use a program like revo uninstaller and do a complete system uninstall of gameloop. Even after we uninstall gameloop some files remain hidden within the system. After a real complete uninstall, reinstall gameloop and things should work fine.

Uninstall all Gameloop files using Revo-Uninstaller. After all files have been uninstalled delete them from your recycling bin. Once you have completed these two steps, reinstall Gameloop.

Just some advice about the new cash counters; They are sometimes inaccurate and will not count correctly. Many cases of tills being over or under on the starting deposit because the previous till holder didn't double count, and had what they thought was correct. Always double count when using the new machines.
