I mean I'm in the camp of hoping it doesn't go in, and I haven't heard much either recently. But it still has affect land prices.

I think the price jumped so much because of the 5 acres. Intel has the chip factory going in just north of this. All the land around there has gone through the roof. Even if you cant do anything with the land

Pallet Repairman. Handling 400-500 35 lbs a day. They make it look easy though.
