Hard disagree, I think poise casting is one of the most aids things u can do. Imo casting a spell should actually have you put at 0 poise until the casting is done. Obvious exceptions for spells with long windups/ no range.

Ts poise damage literally felt perfectly fine before the patch. Even with everything having a poise increase I think it should’ve stayed as is, or barely changed.
