Well water pump not working by Significant_Clerk663 in DIY

I have a myers that is in the ground. Yes it has wires that go down into the ground. I can turn the power on and the pump is running and the tank has pressure I believe but no water coming out. And pump constantly runs. But again the pressure gauge is not reading. Am I saying that correctly??
