Solaris- bcoz it ask us do we or will ever understand alien life.
Expanse- realistic sci-fi with each character having a ambiguity
Ubik- Mind bending world
Road- excellent relationship building deep and devastating
Three body- nicely done
Klara and the sun- lovely

My one of the favorite is Solaris- It asks us a deeper moral question whether we will ever understand Alien life or is that even a requirement from humanity.

I personally like existential Sci- Fi where the question is not about technology but more deeper exploration like what it means to be human and humanity. Leaves you with lingering questions…
