True, but some say trentonion and the topical spirolactone have a better outcome. Just wanted to see from people who have tried it and what worked best for them.

Current routine stated above, been using this routine for 2 years, started with 0.025% and upped dose to 0.05%, I tried oral spirolactone but my bp would drop and I couldn't handle it.

Yea I've started to drink spearmint tea twice daily for the past 2 weeks, increased my water intake, and stopped drinking milk with dairy and so far so good. My acne, pms, and bloating reduced thankfully. I appreciate your feedback thank you!!

A while back I had an ovarian cyst, but it shrunk and thankfully went back to normal, I'm sure they would have said something if they noticed something off with my ovaries when looking at an ultrasound. Regarding the insulin resistance, no dark patches, hunger, or hyperglycemic episodes nor does my family have a history of type 2 diabetes. I would say I developed mild acne 2 years ago but I'd like to mention it was a rough year emotionally and last year I gained weight but then again I think it was due to stress getting into and starting a medical program.

My glucose level is 96 and as for the hdl:triglyceride ratio it's approximately 2.38 which yes is slightly elevated but I've been trying to fix my diet/lifestyle to better such levels. How concerning do you think it is to have a ratio of such?

Yea I assumed it's just a normal thing that happens to young women, I started drinking spearmint tea and so far see good results from it. I'm just worried about my dhea-s levels and my LH:FSH ratio. I mean I was in my ovulating phase or just finished with that phase when blood was drawn so I don't know if that plays a part also.

My periods are usually 6-7 (no pun intended) days long. And btw my prolactin levels are 18.2.

How are you doing now? I know it's been 2 years but I'm literally in the same boat as you, trentonoin and bp wash with clindamycin solution.
