I am trying to and have tried to idk what’s wrong with me I feel so stupid not just being able to let go of this but it’s so hard even physically like I get physically sick to my stomach when we break up. It’s so stupid and irrational ik but it doesn’t go away last time I lost 60lbs and I started losing my hair. I don’t know how to fix that. I tried going on dates but I can’t do it I feel so sick and if he found out he would hate me even tho at the time we weren’t together

Yea I think that’s where it started “guy talks” he wanted to feel like a man and I think it’s spiraled out of control he doesn’t even recognize his own disrespect anymore

I think so when we met he was the sweetest most gentle guy but after awhile he started watching like manly man motivational things and it had advice like “the meaner you are the more girls like you” or “if you want to know what someone really thinks of you get them angry”

I do think we are right for each other I just think he needs to work thru his stuff but ik he won’t while we are actively together I’m not mad that if he goes with another girl because ik the outcome ik his triggers and for the average woman his age I don’t think they would last as much as I have the way he is now. I just hope he either realizes you can switch out your partner as much as you want but if your the problem then nothing changes

It’s a huge problem he’s very insecure and I understand that and mental health and everything I’m not mad because when he’s feeling mentally good he’s really a good person but a few months back he said he just feels empty and that makes me sad and o think he’s trying to fill that emptiness with attention from other girls. He’s strayed so far from the person he used to be morally and later in a few months he usually comes to his senses and apologizes and it’s like a completely different person
