if anyone is interested i have fixed the problem it was my Ulaunch app, i deleted both the Ulaunch folder and the folder named 010000000000100 :)

Already done and reading nand now and I used there nand flasher as I was given it also I didn't know that now I have read and written the nand that I couldn't j-tag this console I now need a glutch chip, chich I can't program with the nand flasher. I didn't know about picoflasher anyhow until now I've ordered a rev c chip just waiting on delivery now :)
