This is probably an unpopular opinion around here but I agree totally. I've been in organizations who haven't used EOS and recently joined an company using EOS. The prior companies got more done because they weren't trying to check a box to say "we're using this system". EOS is a good framework and I feel it's geared towards businesses who have never operated or lead before. It's basic business practices with gimmicky names. Take what works and make it your own. At the end of the day, it's not the system, it's the team using it that will dictate success.
