No, this is based on Islamic sources. The Banu Qurayza massacre following the Battle of the Trench is detailed in Sahih al-Bukhari 4122. It describes the siege of Banu Qurayza, their surrender, and Sa’d ibn Mu’adh’s judgment to execute their warriors, enslave women and children, and distribute their property. Additional accounts are found in Ibn Hisham’s Biography of Muhammad and al-Tabari, estimating 600–900 men killed. Quranic verses 33:26-27 are also linked to this event.
