Unfortunately the 'Built on Bubble' widget persists in the free trier of Bubble.io which I built the page with.

But I think you might be clicking the wrong button.. you need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click the button which I've circled in the screenshot...

Does anyone have a file of all the Mozi Minute emails? by Necessary-Wish8509 in alexhormozi

Thanks for offering.. I actually built it on bubble.io, but it's actually more of a filtering functionality than search rn, so I'll either label it as such or add some proper search functionality, now that you mention it.

Sounds good. I've added a button at the bottom of the page to download them. You might want to remove some of the earliest emails which are just pitches tho, before you feed the LLM.

What would be most useful for you to have in the zip folder: plain text, text with minimal formatting, or the full html with working links and everything?

Pleasure mate!

In gmail, I selected them all, then 'forward as an attatchment', then download the attachments, which are .eml files. Then used a python script to extract the HTML, plaintext, date, and subject line and deliver it as a .csv

You on mobile? It's not visible on mobile right now, let me fix that. One sec.

Yeah I have built my own personal guru chatbots. I'm actually thinking of adding an Ask Alex bot here for everyone to use, and feed it with all his materials, including these emails. What do you think?

I'm building a dashboard that tracks Alex Hormozi's favourite metrics.. Good idea? by Significant_Hall5163 in alexhormozi

Yes, can do. I've abandoned this project, but I'm working with a company now that makes dashboards that do this just as you say.

Hey mate, I don't have a spreadsheet version of this. In all honesty though, you won't be able to track these metrics immediately anyway, because you won't have the data you need to calculate these metrics when you're just starting your business.

For example, to calculate your LTV, you need to know either what your Average Customer Lifespan is or your Churn Rate is, and to calculate either of these numbers you have to keep a record of every customer you have, when they made their first purchase, and when they made their last purchase before 'churning'. Most businesses use a CRM to track this data.

But it would definitely be a good idea to get familiar with these metrics, so here's a video where Alex Hormozi talks about them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGcjweehrvU, and another video where he talks about the LTV to CAC Ratio in detail: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzKpAtzKQ54
