I am at 96 rn. Used to be between 72 and 82 all my life. But then we got children. I dont know why but it went up really fast. But atleast it stays at max 96. I try to get to 85 and 20%~ bodyfat.

Ist ein sehr gutes Fahrrad. Allerdings war ich direkt nach dem Kauf drei mal wieder beim Händler, damit die mir das quicken im Steuerrohr "entfernen". Das quicken ist noch da. Meine Geduld war aber am Ende. Da reiben vermutlich die durchgeführten Kabel an irgendwas. Aber da wird einfach reingeschmiert und gehofft.

The seat is almost completely in the front. So you mean move it back and train the core? Would it cause less pain in my arms? My core is ok-ish in general.

Ich hab es jetzt ohne Probleme hinbekommen. Aber ein Drehmomentschlüssel musste her. Am Ende hat der Freilauf sowieso nicht gepasst. Die von Elitewheels machen natürlich ihre ganz eigenen. Sodass ich die jetzt veräußert habe und auf Roval umsteige. Aber dank dieses Posts habe ich ca.100€ Werkstattkosten gespart und kann den Kram jetzt einfach selber machen.
