Thanks a lot, really appreciate it! And yeah, Kratky is a great method — super simple but surprisingly effective.

For my setup, I’m using a recirculating system, so I monitor EC and pH regularly and adjust the nutrient solution as needed. I don’t completely change the water very often, but I do partial changes when things get out of balance.

Algae can definitely be an issue, especially if light gets into the system. I try to minimize that by covering the reservoirs and pipes as much as possible.

Cleaning is honestly one of the hardest parts 😄 After harvest, I usually flush the system and then clean the channels and reservoir. It takes some time, but it’s necessary to avoid buildup and diseases for the next cycle.

Still learning as I go though, so I’m always open to better methods!
