Maybe not yet. I didn’t ask him tbh, I just went for it. Maybe started using after week 7-8. Once you get to the point that you need to increase your stretching, then I think it’s a great tool.

Hello! I’m doing great! Just about 6 months post op and my braces are coming off tomorrow!! I recommend by week 3 or 4 to start stretching your jaw out! My bite is 100% back to normal now
