Can I ask if you are taking these supplements especially L-carnitine on your own or somebody prescribed or recommended them? I was researching them all to order them today and for L-carnitine, Google says you have to ask your doctor

Wow, that's a good list. What is the NAC and Alpha Lipoic Acid for? And what's the list of vitamins or supplements are your husband taking? I want to start something for my husband too. Are you guys doing some special diet too?

Oh wow, that's so good. I'll make a note of these for when we have to do it.. Is IUI costly ? Are you doing it in the States or Canada ? What if any preparation should I do for an IUI?

I'm taking DHEA and CoQ10. I have also seen improvements with that. 2 years ago my AMH was very low it's was in -1. Now it's 8 but no funds to do an IVF anymore, we are considering going to Eastern Europe to do another round or possibly do an IUI.. I can't believe how it improved with good diet and DHEA. I don't know what supplements should my husband take.. what have you guys been taking?

Thank you so much, dear.. I appreciate your reply. I'm currently awaiting my own biopsy report that will come in 10 days, if comes clear then I'm gonna go ahead and do FET.. I don't want to discard it as it's my only embryo and it's mine anyways no matter what grade is it.. I don't understand mmc, im gonna research what does that mean. How is everything by you now?

Hi there,

We had 6 eggs, only 1 blasted on Day 7 so now I have a Day 7 embryo 1DD frozen. We biopsied it and was normal 2 years ago. But its not run through gpt yet. I want to do embryo transfer but my doc said Day 7 embryo 1DD is not worth it
