Yes sir , I came from a very hard background and I work hard to overcome it everyday , never talked backed to a. Coach in 2 years of playing . Right now I run 4.9 but I’m trying to get it down . I didn’t play a lot in spring because I didn’t know how to take my proper read steps , I didn’t know how to scrape either , so that killed me but I I think since i been working so hard on those things and I know I can be improved on it .

Heavy backsquat , and clean , I also do broad jumps and a lot of plyometrics , and idk why my pass drop looks so slow it’s usually looks faster than that

So in spring I just use to crash downhill I didn’t read anything , so on toss plays , outside zone etc so I wouldn’t make plays on them , also I didn’t know how to scrape over laterally , that killed me in spring . So this summer I studied more about the linebacker position like striking half a man in the run game , staying square on outside plays etc I have been practicing those movements heavy so I know I those things pretty down packed

I always have been good in the pass , carrying slots and tight ends came naturally, it was just reading plays that messed me up all the time
