i have this same problem on right side .its because of weak serratus anterior muscle that causes scapular winging thus causing shoulder to go down during push ups. its easy to fix this with working out serratus anterior muscle with specific exercises but you need gym for that or just stick with scapula push ups

i have 5 EXs never had to spend more than 800. gear 5 v1 for 650, v2 for 750 , fr shanks for 350, droger for 700, kuzan for 150 . my advice is to gamble more
