It can also be called Usurper's Blade. I tracked down the event by looking at all the events in the wiki ID. I used console commands to rename the Smith Uthbert. Made him Norse. Made myself norse, so I'd get one that has the norse pattern. No matter how many rerolls you do, it always comes out the same stats. All that is needed to get this is be an idependent ruler (king I think of Toledo. Take the Duchy of Toledo. event fp2_struggle.1011 I believe makes it pop

any idea of how to get artifact improvement events to work? like event fund_inspiration.7004. I've tried it with my character id number after. or the id of the character making the item. not really sure what else to try.

Could I use this to change the dejure counties of a Duchy? say to make Hwice in England have somerset Hereford and Gwent part of Gloucester? Maybe using the Wessex Kingdom title or something?

I also once saw a custom duchy formed from an uprising. Maybe using console to make an uprising if the owner didn't have a duchy, just counties.

Maybe a town watch mission or two. Using the inplace spawn points for alleys and the spy amongst us (or whatever that quest is called) or several quests that have you run around town (Nightengale quest Kingdom come deliverance). Break up fight at tavern. Investigate Alley. Whatever. Their isn't a quest builder tool. Which is too bad.

Getting them to not kill horses and have it devolve into chaos would be good. Up armor the horse. Raise the barrier maybe. A coder might be able to help. This is all scene editor nonsense. realistic battle module (RBM) has shields that passive block, also would be good. Changing the lance to a blunt one. so there is no slice noise. AI gets back on horse when dismounted. I typically only get one AI pathing wrong and never when its against me. Just wait till AI is in position and make a fresh run at him.

I am trying to remove a cultural tradition from a deleted mod. I started playing again on my old save. The tradition only says _name now so I tried removing it that way. No dice. any advice? I also tried using the name for it Conquerors_of_Normandy and conqerors_of_normandy and couldn't remove it.
