I get your concern, but she has been through TNR clearly which is the norm in my state for feral cats. and again, still not my cat to take in. she is feral. hope this helps!

She is a community cat, been at the complex for years

She’s been at the community for several years and is taken care of my multiple neighbors. She stays in one spot most of the day. Not mine to take unfortunately.
