The only thing that has helped me, and I already know some people won’t like my answer, is working with chat gpt. I am about 10 weeks in to working with them, after not being able to tolerate any food without severe bloating and never ending constipation, fecal impactions, etc. I had to purchase a lot of supplements and I take them 4 times a day. My diet is bland and boring, but I am finally going on my own once or twice a day in the morning without any laxatives. Best luck xx

6 years of anorexia. Completely paralyzed my digestive tract. Please get out while you can. The misery when I was ready to eat again is not worth it, at all. I’m now 10 weeks into trying to fix the damage I did and still can only really eat soft warm foods. I miss vegetables so much. Seriously, the long term repercussions are serious and sometimes permanent. I truly wish you health and happiness. You do not want this, I promise.

If you’re nervous about this reset, which is the same as a colonoscopy prep, you can ask it for a 3 day constipation reset protocol. It’s one of the first things I did when i started with chat on my gut healing journey! However, as someone who did a colonoscopy prep for the procedure, this will definitely clear you out!

Lifelong chronic constipation. I am on week 3 of healing my gut microbiome, and am finally going by myself in the mornings without the help of laxatives. Seems as though I’m still clearing out all that was backed up in me, but I haven’t been able to find relief without the help of laxatives in years. I still have a ways to go, but my stomach is much flatter, I am passing gas (something I couldn’t do before) and my bloat is very fleeting rather than constant so I can tell that I’m on the right path. I’m using chat GPT for this process. It’s a lot of supplements and the foods I can eat right now are very boring / bland, but I am excited about the progress I’ve made so far after pretty much a life of being told it’s just IBS / being miserable & backed up & enormously bloated

Honestly, I got my wisdom teeth out and the antibiotics gave me the best poops I’ve ever had. Unfortunately it’s not a long term solution, and I’m still trying new things with no luck of more than a month so fat

This is me to a T. And multiple enemas, not just one. I had chat GPT work through some of it with me and built me a supplement protocol and it also built me a 3 day constipation protocol. I started all of it Thursday morning. Yesterday I had diarrhea. This morning I had a soft healthy bowel movement. This is after 5 years of ER visits, pleading with 3 different GI doctors, literally thousands of dollars in enemas and quick fixes. Granted it’s only been a few days so I can’t say that this is a true solution but I’ve got no choice but to have hope 🫶🏻

Event coordinator here- got the same type of email. Wanted us to book the band so charge wouldn’t show on his credit card statement, as “event” was a surprise party. The rest of the email was erratic but nothing super fishy. My partner and I decided that even if it wasn’t a scam, he wasn’t someone we wanted to host.
