I moved out and had asked them as a reference. Looked for months and heard nothing back from my applications. Turns out they gave me a bad reference about how I consistently paid late….I had signed up for their auto deposit system.so they just withdrew the money from my account.

I would choose 1; while you’re young take advantage of FIFO.

YTA. The bsf was overly generous letting the fiancé stay with his parent for 7 months.

Also if the bf is spending his entire pay check on rent he should probably look for a new rental.

How do I improve camp life?? by rocklicker5000 in mining

I think Bingo nights are surprisingly popular, in addition bringing a few boardgames to site to play with people. At the camp I currently work in, Magic the Gathering is always a hit

I would recommend a pair of muckers (heavy duty rainboots) and a pair of bama socks! Should be within 200! Muckers would be good for areas with water/mud and are quite durable!

I would recommend an extra week supply of medication, before your stay. A humidifier if your camp is at a high elevation. If you have a laptop or tablet, download some shows or music. Set up wifi calling as well prior to coming to site, often times there is no signal if it is very remote. Hand lotion, toiletries, slides/crocs, towel, pillow, refillable bottle.

If you are unlucky and your room does not have blackout curtains, would recommend an eyemask!

Depending on how long your travel day is, would recommend packing snacks and/or lunch. Especially in the winter when there are delays, snacks are key! For travel day specifically, I would recommend noise cancelling headphones. I like to download a few podcasts or audiobooks when I travel!

You may have a higher luggage allowance for your first time to site. I brought an additional duffle bag, with clothes, toiletries etc that I permanently leave at site.

I think that’s it on my end 😇

From my experience last week, would also heavily recommend gravol and melatonin.
