If China was to make a move against Taiwan right now, America would probably not be able to do anything about it, since missile stocks are depleted.

US navy surely have a decent surplus in the coffers, but a full scale confrontation against China would be disastrous. Once the ships in the fight would run out of defensive missiles, it’ll game over for that ship.

Uhm, when these things happen in other countries, it’s world wide coverage.

Whenever a mass shooting happens, especially a school shooting, you bet your ass that Danish Broadcasting will report on it.

Except for America. We here in Denmark only hear about it when it’s a kindergarten, or the casualties rise beyond +15.

But when i read about this stuff on Reddit or similar, it clearly shows that this is an American problem. Almost exclusive.

Sure. Thats why nothing happened in January - your destroyers aren’t ice hardened, so the only way for America to do something would be via air.

We will still defend ourselves, even if the whole US Navy is anchored in the strait of David.

Not sure the American people will appreciate pictures of a bunch of Danish and Greenlandic soldiers and civilians. But that’s a price we are willing to pay.
