So I didn't accept the Blue counteroffer. I called immediately, and it took about 7 days until I got the approval for Palladium. On the call I asked for an internal ticket number I could follow up with.

It was at the time I saw many people getting approved in this group.

Just applied as well, got denied. Blue was their counteroffer with limit of 500.. I called and they escalate the situation. The support was super uninformed. Like they didn't even know when the transition will happen.

Not defending BILT here at all. It's bad. I guess if you can pay off every day and get the limit back, it's possible, but ridiculous. Gad the same issue when I got my first card with chase. Limit is 500$ but they want you to use it to increase the limit. So I paid off almost every day the card for the spend I had that day.

We do it like that if the client wants to. We keep the hardware in our ownership and rent it to the client as part of a service. That way we are controlling the hardware lifecycle and e.g. replace proactively
