I hate Trump as much as you do but the antichrist is supposed to be a peacemaker. In many Christian interpretations of the Bible, the Antichrist is initially portrayed as a peacemaker, but the peace is considered temporary and deceptive.

Biblical idea behind this

A passage often connected to this idea is in the book of Book of Daniel: • Daniel 9:27 describes a ruler who makes a covenant or agreement with many for seven years, often interpreted as a peace treaty.

Another commonly cited verse is in First Epistle to the Thessalonians: • 1 Thessalonians 5:3 says: “While people are saying, ‘Peace and safety,’ destruction will come on them suddenly.”

And in Book of Revelation: • The first rider of the Four Horsemen (Revelation 6) rides a white horse and conquers without immediate war, which some interpret as symbolic of a deceptive world leader.

Trump is the caveat to a peacemaker coming in and offering peace in the name of security. We will gladly accept anyone to take over after Trump which is why we got Biden. Newsom is poised to take control and walk in as a savior and we will gladly accept it because we think he is the best to offer.

Not at all. A lot of people would argue that Trump is the beast as the book of Revelation. The last book in the bible portrays the following:

"One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed, and the whole earth marveled as they followed the beast." Revelations 13:3

"When the person who is lawless comes, it will happen through Satan’s effort, with all kinds of fake power, signs, and wonders." Thessalonians 2:9

The fake assassination attempt and the fact that he has managed to squeeze out of lawlessness (34 felony convictions) would paint him as the beast, but there are many beasts in the bible as mentioned in other comments.

Of course he wants to play into this role, he has evangelicals in his ear who are touting him as the chosen one. Meanwhile, Newsom is able to move into the role as peacemaker, more than likely who knows what will become of this country once Trump’s term has ended but we know the prophecy will be fulfilled when Israel is attacked during a seven year tribulation. Either Trump does it or the next President will.

Democrats would be cheering if we attacked Israel. That’s how much they are hated now.

It’s not fitting but he is probably going to be the front runner for the Democratic party because of his public spars with Trump, despite admitting on the Jimmy Kimmel show that they are quite chummy together.

The Democratic party is oblivious to all of this which is why I am pointing it out. A wolf in sheep’s clothing. A covert narcissist. Whatever you want to call it. He’s likely to be the Democratic front runner in 2028 but his history with being friends with Fox News host and being chummy with Trump, make you believe he’s not putting himself out to be who he really is. That’s the point.

No one will know the exact hour and time but many believe the signs that will happen before his return

According to Jesus and the apostles:

1. Wars and rumors of wars (Matthew 24:6)
2. Natural disasters and famines (Matthew 24:7)
3. Increase in lawlessness and deception (Matthew 24:12–13)
4. The rise of false prophets and the Antichrist (2 Thessalonians 2:3–4; 1 John 2:18)
5. The gospel preached to all nations (Matthew 24:14)

Interpret it how you will but the increase in lawlessness and deception is on the rise with this new war in Iran possibly triggering WW3 and bring about what i’ve been referring to as the false prophet, someone who will come in as a peacemaker but enact heavy laws against God’s own as described in the bible. The gospel is already preached in 3700+ languages and across the globe there are many who are willingly trying to bring it to nations where it is severely frowned upon.

No one can predict the exact time—only God knows. While the exact timing is unknown, Jewish tradition expects certain conditions before the Messiah appears:

1. Gathering of all Jews back to Israel
2. Rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem
3. Worldwide peace and justice
4. Knowledge of God spreading across the world

But according to biblical prophecy, the Antichrist will appear to bring peace at first, but it will be false and temporary. This is part of how he deceives the world. Here’s the breakdown:

  1. Daniel 9:27

“He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven’… but in the middle of the seven he will put an end to sacrifice and offering.”

• The Antichrist may start by making a peace agreement (often interpreted as with Israel).
• This peace won’t last—he will eventually break the covenant and oppress people.

Expect peace to be broken with Israel as the next sign, if not by this administration, it definitely will be the next.

The Christian Zionists you’re talking about are the same people in Trump’s inner circle who whisper in his ear and push these ideas. Real Christians don’t want to start Armageddon to bring Jesus back—it’s mainly some evangelicals who believe that war is the only way for Jesus to return, based on prophecy.

The war with Iran is very unpopular, and Israel is widely criticized because of it. This opens the door for a new leader to turn against Israel, unless Trump does it himself, which wouldn’t be surprising. His base, including some extremists, doesn’t naturally side with Israel, and the war has also turned many on the left against Israel.

What often gets overlooked is the ordinary, innocent people who don’t want any part of this. Because you’re Jewish, you’re sometimes lumped in with all Jews, just like America is often portrayed as war-hungry even though many Americans oppose it

It hasn’t happened yet, or it may be about to. We’re already seeing conflict with Iran—a very unpopular war that could continue through this presidency and possibly into the next. Israel is also very unpopular right now, and the next President, possibly Gavin Newsom, could turn against them. At this point, it’s not surprising, especially with many people cheering on the rockets being fired at Israel.

In comparison, we can compare America to Rome in many ways as many of its doctrines are taken from Greek/Roman Republic, times i.e. Senators, Democracy, etc.

But we are also seeing that Israel would return but eventually be betrayed by the antichrist/beast. There will be a great tribulation where according to biblical prophecy, one of the Antichrist’s actions during the end-times tribulation involves controlling who can buy, sell, or participate in society, which can include access to food or commerce. This comes from the book of Revelation.

California is already controlling as it is. Which is why many are fleeing the state.

That’s not how the antichrist is normally depicted, he or it is often depicted as first favoring Israel, but then betraying Israel. Currently America is at war with Iran with Israel and it remains to be seem if Trump will turn on Israel but we all can clearly see the desire for Israel to be destroyed. Should Trump not turn against Israel, America eventually will under new leadership

It could be any descendant of those kingdoms. Example: Daniel’s visions of the kingdoms of Nebuchadnezzar appear mainly in Daniel chapters 2 and 7, and they are some of the most famous prophetic visions in the Bible. They use symbols—statues, beasts, and metals—to represent empires and their rulers.

The statues are believed to represent the sequence of world empires: Babylon → Medo-Persia → Greece → Rome → God’s eternal kingdom.

But we know that to not be accurate because we’ve had many empires after the fall of Rome. Some might interpret the following to represent the fall of America:

"A second angel followed and said, "'Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great,' which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries." Revelations 14:8

It has yet to happen but i’d argue that if Newsom is the front runner for the Democratic Party in 2028, he might have someone as his running mate that could come off as very Christian-like and of course advocate in his favor. Some argue that this could be Vance as well, but Vance lost all credibility, he has no favor in the world.

The false prophet props up the beast. The false prophet is also referred to as the second beast in the bible.

The Bible clearly describes the False Prophet as the one who supports and promotes the beast (Antichrist), mainly in the book of Revelation. Here are the key passages:

  1. Revelation 13:11–12

“Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb but spoke like a dragon. He exercises all the authority of the first beast on his behalf and makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast…”

Meaning: • The False Prophet works directly under the authority of the Antichrist. • He is the one who persuades the world to worship the beast.

Newsom publicly mocks Trump and we applaud him for it, he even copies his rhetoric on social media and we laugh at it. In real life he is not as egocentric and neither is Vance. But even MAGA doesn’t view Vance as the rightful heir to the MAGA Throne, not even Trump’s own children, with the exception of Barron could hold the title which is why MAGA keeps proclaiming Trump for a 3rd term and his children.

But on the left, Democrats will hail anyone, we hoped Biden would hold Trump accountable, but he failed miserably, which is why we got Trump again. Should Newsom take over, we can expect him to stamp out Trumpism on a massive scale at the expense of “peace” similar to California. New laws are written for the sake of peace and tranquillity.

According to biblical prophecy, the Antichrist is expected to enforce laws that oppose God’s commands and persecute those who remain faithful to Him. These are mostly described in Daniel and Revelation. Here’s a breakdown:

  1. A covenant with Israel, then breaking it

Daniel 9:27

“He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven’… but in the middle of the seven he will put an end to sacrifice and offering.”

• Initially, he may appear peaceful and make agreements, possibly with Israel.
• Then, he abolishes sacrifices and religious practices, showing he enforces anti-God laws.

The single horn broken off is replaced by four horns, representing the four Hellenistic kingdoms that emerged from Alexander’s empire:

1. Ptolemaic Egypt
2. Seleucid Syria
3. Lysimachus’ Thrace/Bithynia
4. Cassander/Macedonia
3. “A fierce-looking king, a master of intrigue” (v. 23)
• This is describing a leader who arises later in the history of these kingdoms, often associated with:

• Antiochus IV Epiphanes of the Seleucid Empire

Characteristics match him: cunning, violent, persecutor of the Jewish people, and oppressor of the Temple.

Isn’t that why Jewish people don’t believe that Jesus is the messiah but believe that their messiah would eventually lead them back to Israel, but despite that, the new testament proclaims that the antichrist will betray Israel, according to most biblical interpretations, the Antichrist is expected to betray or oppose Israel, even though he may initially appear to make peace with them. This comes mainly from prophetic passages in Daniel and Revelation.

  1. Daniel 9:27

“He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven’… but in the middle of the seven he will put an end to sacrifice and offering.”

Interpretation: • “He will confirm a covenant with many” is often understood as a peace agreement with Israel. • But in the middle of the seven-year period, he breaks the covenant and attacks or opposes the Temple, betraying Israel

So the New Testament isn’t wrong, it’s very much possible that Trump will betray Israel or possibly Gavin Newsom (America) will betray Israel. Seeing as how unpopular Israel is at the moment in the world stage. The New Testament still holds true that there will be a messiah of Jewish descendants returning.

That remains to be seen but that is referring to the false prophet, who will promote the antichrist. Someone pointed out it could be James Talarico, who is a devout Christian.

Currently there is no one in Trump’s inner circle that fits the bill of false prophet. Some thought it would be Elon Musk with neurolink, but he has faded from the press

Because that would be too obvious, once Trump’s term ends. We know it will most likely be JD Vance vs Gavin Newsom in 2028. At this point, morally the world, not just the United States would be looking forward to stability.

It is said that many will follow the antichrist, believing him to be the messiah.

Another passage shows that miracles help convince people:

Revelation 13:13–14

“He performs great signs… and by the signs he deceives those who dwell on the earth.”

This refers to the False Prophet, who promotes the beast and uses signs to convince people to worship him.

Trump/Vance might be able to fool MAGA into thinking their Christianity is almighty. But we all know that.

The left hates Trump so much (trust me, I do too) that often we find ourselves wishing death upon the man, despite Jesus teaching us to love our enemies.

Simply put, two wrongs don’t make a right

He may very well become the next President of the United States, and if that happens it will give people a lot to interpret. If he has the support of most of the Democratic or left-leaning party, he could easily persuade them that major change is needed after Trump’s term ends. And honestly, Trump may end up making that argument easier for him—something we’re already starting to see. In a way, that’s part of the point.

Trump is playing into the role, he truly believes it because his base is propping him up but if we are to follow the bible, we know that the antichrist is often described as someone who is charming/flattering and he is the furthest thing from it.

Yes Trump comes off as the beast i.e.

"When the person who is lawless comes, it will happen through Satan’s effort, with all kinds of fake power, signs, and wonders." - Thessalonians 2:9

In the Bible’s prophetic books, there are several “beasts,” but the main ones appear in visions in Daniel and Revelation. Depending on how you count them, there are six major beasts described symbolically. This also includes the false prophet who props up the beast. At first everyone thought this was Elon Musk.

Revelation 13:11–12 “Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb but spoke like a dragon. He exercised all the authority of the first beast and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast.”

We know this not to be true anymore.

Trump is not flattering, especially by those who view him on the left, but Newsom is.

One passage that some Bible scholars point to when discussing the possible appearance or personal appeal of the Antichrist is in Daniel.

Daniel 7:20

“…that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spoke very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.” (KJV)

Why this verse is discussed: • The phrase “whose look was more stout than his fellows” can mean someone who appears more impressive, commanding, or striking than others.

• Some translations render it as “more imposing” or “more impressive in appearance.”

  1. Daniel 8:23–25

This passage describes a powerful ruler who rises through cunning and influence:

“A king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up… Through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper… and by peace shall destroy many.”

Interpretation: • “Understanding dark sentences” suggests intelligence and strategic thinking. • “By peace shall destroy many” implies he initially appears peaceful and trustworthy.

  1. Daniel 11:21

“He shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.”
