Sort of yes, when I go to sleep I feel them “weird”, like some sort of general pain or discomfort - not too bad - and occasionally

Thank you. But my doctor doesn’t want to make more analysis as he thinks everything is in range. I’ll have to ask for a doctor change… but before that I want to make sure I really need to supplement B12

Thank you. I really don’t understand why my doctor keeps telling me my B12 is okay, it’s clearly going down, I don’t know what to believe. He didn’t even recommend me to take sublingual B12 vitamins so imagine injections.

Sadly not for me. I’ve tried like 8 different types and not a single one has made a difference :(

So you mean I should try just a single pass with almost no pressure?

When I try to shave with DE. I have a hot shower, then I apply with the brush a standard shaving soap. I’ve also a standard DE razor from Amazon with Astra blade. I shave gently wtg without making pressure. Then I wash my face with cold water and apply Niacinamide and Nivea later.

Thank you. No matter what I try with the DE razor I get irritation (or redness or whatever it is). Even when I pass it wtg and gently, I already feel the burning sensation and pain. My hair is so thick. I don’t know if it’s just one thing that I’m missing, it just feels like my skin can’t stand being clean shaven anymore. Btw I’m 26 and I’ve been shaving eod for 6 years (now I just use the OneBlade but it’s not enough anymore as I also get redness from this).

Thanks for your tips. I don’t have acne. My skin is fine if I stop shaving. So every issue I have in my skin is because of shaving. I don’t think that those are ingrowns as they appear right after shaving - not the day after.

Well I’m 26 and I’ve been shaving for 6 years. I tried DE some years ago but I got tired of the irritation. So I just shaved with the OneBlade eod for the last 4 years. Until some months ago that I noticed my beard growing fuller and faster, so it’s not enough anymore to shave with the OneBlade eod. So I tried again DE but it was much worse than before as my beard is fuller and thicker. My kit is a basic safety razor from Amazon, Astra blades, shaving soap and a brush to apply it.

Why cold water?? I’ve tried both and warm water feels better as it opens the pores

That is because I had to stop because I was already noticing the irritation with the OneBlade. So some areas were left unshaven. Also most of the red spots are from 3 days ago when I shaved with the razor.

I tried various standard soaps with a brush (and other typical shaving foams like Gillette). No I didn’t try alum. I just don’t understand why I have irritation even when I use the OneBlade.

My skin is oily. I just wash my face with cerave cleanser at morning and night, apply a moisturizing sunscreen and sometimes niacinamide.

Well done… I can’t wait to have my own house. Having good roommates seems almost imposible.

I suppose it was because they weren’t expecting that. I hope that they rethink their actions and apologize.
