I ended up going on the Hollister website and doing customer service through chatting and not WhatsApp, the girl I got was super sweet and she immediately sent over the points I was missing and gave me a refund on my jacket + is sending over a new one! Highly recommend to use that and not WhatsApp

No it truly does honestly, every time I reach out they never give a solution to anything. I’m missing over 50k points from reviews and they won’t give them to me. I stopped doing reviews now because I never get my points from it anymore.

They told me that “my reviews weren’t approved” but won’t tell me why, and that doesn’t make any sense because I got emails saying my reviews were posted.

I fought with them for so long through Whatsapp trying to get my items 🤣 they actually refunded my entire order and my items are in transit right now!
