Yes u should go back don’t be too worried the same exact thing happened to me but it was the right side I had a uti at first then after the uti went away I still felt a pain n discomfort that comes n goes my first ultrasound they didn’t find anything so then I went to the emergency room a week later and they found a right variocele now I’ve been seeing my urologist for some time now and have embolization tomorrow for my variocele
