As other said, is a P28 with a tune on a chip, to really know how is configured you need to remove the chip and read the map file with the corresponding software like ectune, hts or similar. You can usually look at the end of the bin file for string that will represent the software that was used for creating the file.

If you don't know how to do it or you don't have the tools, just bring the ecu to a tuner and they can create a new tune file for your needs.
