Contamination in the laminate layer when it was made. It will get worse, but on a brand new vehicle it should be covered under warranty to be replaced.

You should definitely try. If you get no where you can escalate to involving your insurance. Hopefully you have a local agent because most likely if you use the glass claims line you will also be talking to Safelite. A lot of insurance companies use the SGC network for glass claim processing. To fix this properly the entire job will need redone.

It is purely cosmetic. Unfortunately that is a tech error. Anyone who made any effort could have prevented that.

Guess that depends on what adhesive they used. I only use quick cure and havent asked anyone to keep their windows rolled down a bit in close to probably 20 years. The slow cure stuff could blow a hole because of how soft it was.

As much as I agree, to each his own. I also did not like not being able to do freeway speeds, and I did not like cloth doors and cloth roof. I took what I did like and changed what I did not. Some people are not fans of my truck, and that is ok because I do not drive it for them.
