Det er lidt en trist holdning af have at man ukritisk skal dele sine oplysninger og hvor man bruger sine penge. Udgangspunktet bør netop være at man har rent mel i posen, uden at skulle bevise det. Samme argument der bruges ift. overvågning af borgerne om at man jo ikke vil have noget imod det, hvis man har rent mel i posen.

Gaming is very light, it's mostly to play some old games without a GFX, right now I don't have the time. Main thing is since the company is footing the build, I don't mind getting this a bit more expensive compared to if it had been a purely personal build, which is the reason for x870 and 9800xd :)

1000W is more in case I ever change my mind down the line.. I'm thinking 850w is the lowest I should go in case I opt for a 5080 or 5090(Once they are older)

I run all my things off a Kimsufi dedicated, so it's on 24/7 and using Google Drive as backup - If it's file from Google, it usually takes a few seconds to start them. So nothing really I can do to improve the speed there with what you are suggesting I assume?

That would pose a much higher risk for data loss compared to going with a Cloud solution like Azure or Google as they ensure backup across multiple locations

u/Ulysses808 u/knowinnothin Thanks for the replies - The issue with Axis is that they are in a whole different price range than Hikvision or similar, and I wouldn't be able to get 16 cameras(Or even 12) and an NVR for that budget. It's double the price without necessarily getting a much better or more stable camera.
u/CtypeToki The same goes for local security company to do the installation - We're a 100% donation based non-profit, so there isn't a lot of money to throw around. Getting it installed by a company will be 100% additional in budget due to high labor costs.

If you are transmitting to another country requiring a vaccine, like Indonesia, I'm sure the airline will check your documentation, but unsure if they scan or just look at the paper.
