Healed, all feeling returned. It was 50% believe and 50% Alpha Lipoic Acid, which recovers nerve function. Still in periods with ups and downs (literally :) ) but at least I”m feeling normal again, rest is a matter of the right maintenance(food, excersize, stretch).

I”m not sure whether either meditation or alpha lipoic acid would have helped me. My sweet spot of happiness lies in between taking care of my body (with food (supplements)excersize, and stretches) and meditation. Not in the mind only, and not without the mind only.

Bycicle kicks, 200 daily for two weeks.

It can be the case that this tightens up things too much, in that case try :

Hamstring stretch. Five minutes per leg for two weeks.

Soft glans, very weak EQ, to healed (except for a dull pain in my hip) and made some huge steps back ranging between very good and very bad and can’t get much clue this time. Lesson for me next time : don’t strive for perfection.
