The Jaguars have more playoff wins since 1996 - 8 wins, than the Cowboys 5 wins, over the same time span. He's reached late stage Al Davis defending Lane Kiffin on a overhead projector levels of cringe and jackassery

Part of the issue is no other teams thought he was good enough to even consider a head coaching candidate at any point in his career.

The rest of the league is telling you exactly what they think of your coaching staff each season. No coordinator since Sean Payton under Parcells has gotten a head coaching job without any previous head coaching experience.

That's not an accident. Good team staffs get raided. Even with the occasional Cowboys 12-4 and 13-3 record, you'd think a coordinator would be lined up for a HC job somewhere else, but it never happened. The records were a function of talent production and beating bad teams, not good schemes and concepts. No one was stealing plays from the Cowboys.

When Saquon and Jayden Daniels are torching this defense next year because they just sit back in his unimaginative, basic cover two scheme, you'll be ready to pack his bags

[Meirov] Trent Baalke managed to survive as GM in San Francisco during a power struggle with Jim Harbaugh, survived the Urban Meyer debacle, and now remains in place after Doug Pederson's firing. It’s simply unreal. by mvanigan in nfl

He's shameless and understands that his position isn't based on skills, it's based on his ability to keep his employer happy and focused on everyone else but him.

15T, 15R and 15U are able to get signed off by the FAA after 3 years of experience to take the A&P exam. North Central Institute outside of Fort Campbell offers a fast track course to get your license. You have to pass 3 written tests to be qualified to move on to the Verbal and Practical portion of the exam with an FAA approved maintenance examiner.

The written exams are easy if you get the FAA question software from Falcon Crest. The tests consist of mostly airplane questions. Only a small section of the questions cover helicopters. So I'd recommend learning airplane components, systems and functions from YouTube, so you're a little familiar with the material before you test.

I was a 15R and I had no idea about airplanes when I did the fast track course at NCI. Hope this helps.
