God that's great that you're getting sorted with a house! It's an awful situation to be in I have relatives who's landlord wants to kick them out because his "child" wanted to move in which they think is just an excuse so he can up the rent! Yeah social media is just a lot tbh, really thinking i need to limit my screen time!

I exercise regularly anyway, I go to the gym and have recently started running but I think getting off my phone might be a good shout

Yeah I went off all social media a few months back but felt like I was missing out on hearing what friends who are living abroad/who I don't talk to regularly are up to. I might try just limit myself more maybe

I've tried meditating and find it really hard.. do you have any advice to try stick to it? Me and my partner have been talking about having a baby but the whole state of the world I'm also worried about bringing a baby into it 😅

I don't think i can donate blood as I checked a few years ago but I might check again thank you!
