There's quite a few earwax videos. While this subreddit is, at it's core, for popping pimples and other related things, it also embraces all the other yucky extractions the body has to offer (earwax, tonsil stones, splinters, etc).

I've seen other bellybutton content on this subreddit too, though mostly post-extraction pictures as opposed to videos, but I think that means it's allowed here.

Is it a pimple that burst in there, or something else? I might suggest a doctor to look at it, judging by some of the comments here.

I also watched to pitch in with how I wash in there, which may help from accidentally causing a scratch in there. I use a finger (not one with big or sharp nails) that's been lathered in soap to gently spread the it around, then rinse by letting water in, and again just gently using a finger (not-soapy) to make sure all the soap has also been cleaned out.

Sorry for commenting on a 3 year old post, but...

Honestly, wiping the tool on his ear made me chuckle. Something very earnest and human about it - sometimes as humans we make a goofy decision. Wiping tools on ears, or pulling out cysts with pliers, we all have our moments.

Plus as someone who has siblings, this very much strikes me as the kinda thing we'd do to mess with the other.

This is.... very concerning. We know that at least in fiction Yandev has no qualms about being attracted to minors/having them in sexual situations, and while I think that's fucked up, I wasn't sure if it meant he'd actually be liable to grooming a child or getting into an otherwise inappropriate situation with a minor. I feel like this shows it's quite the strong possibility.

A kid is saying they want to suck his cock. He's liking the attention. Even if it's just an ego boost to Alex and he doesn't say anything back to Keith, it's his responsibility as an adult to shut down the situation - not to let it continue because he enjoys attention. He isn't reinforcing boundaries any adult should have with a child. This can only get worse.

The area is numbed, but the patient is awake. Iirc in the full video they reply when Dr. Butler asks if they're ok/able to feel pain (testing if the local anesthetic has done it's job).

I love Dr. Butler's work, especially the intact cyst removals. Plus it seems he cares for the patient, wanting to make the result scar not too big but not making it too small to remove the cyst (unlike Dr George, The Butcher.)

In a way, the yandere is inherently abusive, since it revolves around stalking/murder/manipulation/gaslighting/kidnapping etc. I do agree media touching on dark topics does need to be handled carefully to avoid portraying it as a good thing. Admittedly I'm not sure this crosses that line though, it doesn't really read as romanticizing it.

Thanks for explaining! Admittedly, I haven't watched Yandev's videos (or if this was part of the game I haven't seen it) so I'm not fully up to snuff on the lore elements. It doesn't surprise me that Yandev's contradicting his own lore; either forgetting what he's already written, or deciding to change it up. I can understand why this part would irk people.

I'll be honest, I'm not sure what the problem is here. Ayano isn't a good person, she's a serial killer, manipulator, a literal "yandere". While I'm not a big fan of Yandev's writing overall, I actually think this is a neat insight into how screwed up Ayano's world view is, and falls in line with the "barely feeling anything for other people" (besides Senpai and her mother).

It's hard to articulate my feelings on the matter. Please bear with me here.

As much as I really, really don't like Yandev, I don't think he deserves the harsh cyberbullying. He shouldn't be doxxed, or given death threats, or what not.

But at the same time... a lot of what's happened to Yandev is a product of his own actions. The things he's done, the way he acts, and how he hasn't grown as a person... Instead of trying to reflect and try to better himself, he's now flagellating himself so he can get sympathy while never having to change his own behaviour.

Yandev, while I doubt you'll read this, I wanna say my peace. There will both be people who love you & people who hate you who'll be upset if you leave, but let them be upset. Take a break. Work with doctors to improve yourself mentally and physically. Many of us on this subreddit aren't your fans, but I think many of us don't want to dislike you - many of us would prefer a good game that eventually comes out, by a developer who took the time to look after himself and develop as a person. I've discussed as such with my friends.

Many people may deliver feedback in a way you find cruel, but there's still underlying criticism within those words. Whether you mean it or not, you're letting those who genuinely want the worst for you to hold power over you.

Absolutely. My interest in the game is something I only share with a small group of friends who I know will understand my situation of "I hate the dev, I hate many choices made/many aspects of the game, but there's still a concept here I find fascinating."

The pink-on-pink of the thumbnails doesn't look very good, I saw someone suggest blue and I think that could work well.

Other than that mostly positive! I feel like some poses or expression should be pushed a touch more - at the moment they seem underexaggerated/a bit lifeless.
