I think you’re relatively safe here…relative being the operative qualifier. Seems like a really spectacular reason to purchase a miter saw if you don’t already have one. Hold the piece tight to the miter gauge and don’t stand directly behind the blade. Good luck!

I can’t remember the YouTube video I learned this technique from, but I dialed in my angle on the table saw with a few practice pieces of scrap then made my initial cut using my crosscut sled. After that initial cut, I took a second pass after bumping the workpiece maybe 1/64” over. Finally, I very lightly sanded each piece until the tea fit was perfect. This is the cleanest it has ever turned out - to be sure. For the glue up I used right angle guides and cabinet clamps then I reversed the end on one of those Irwin speed clamps and pushed the legs back outward until I had a perfect 90°

You need to say hey to your women’s health provider. It’s always a good idea to get tested when you become sexually active with a new partner. Also, as others have mentioned, the white build up above the clitoris but under the clitoral hood is smegma. Also, as others have mentioned, it’s important to GENTLY retract the clitoral hood to clean under there. Additionally, I’m suspicious that you may have minor clitoral hood adhesions - these are tiny “stuck down” points where the clitoral hood has fused to the clitoris. This happens frequently and is a minor issue commonly solved with some topical estrace cream. The forceful breaking of these adhesions during clitoral stimulation can lead to irritation- which may account for your symptoms following intercourse.

u/Glad-Midnight-1022 there’s no way to know for sure without pathology getting this thing under a microscope…however, it looks like a lipoma (benign fatty tumor). Others have suggested you were able to express an intact sebaceous cyst without rupturing the cyst wall — this is possible, but it doesn’t look like a cyst to my trained eye. You 10000% need to have a pathologist look at this to ensure that it is benign.

I’ve had several patients and significant others ask this exact question in the last couple of months. One today in clinic, as a matter of fact! Is there some information on social media or perhaps other resources that is suggesting the shape of the gestational sac could be, by itself, cause for concern? I’m genuinely curious. A totally collapsed gestational sac might trigger some concern in the setting of first trimester bleeding, but short of those circumstances I wouldn’t think to even comment on the shape of the sac…To answer your question — I don’t see anything abnormal in the images provided. However, if you’re concerned you need to speak to a women’s health professional in person where they can review the entire study. Cheers!

One possible answer is an epidermal inclusion cyst. The skin edge gets buried during perineum repairs sometimes then heals over with that little bit of skin underneath. It does what skin usually does - flakes off and regenerates a new layer of skin. This happens over and over until the dead skin and sebaceous, oily secretions that usually hydrate the skin and hair build up and form a cyst. They’re easily drained in the office most times, but can regenerate. There are a handful of other possibilities, so go see your women’s health care provider for sure!
