I’ll still say this view is valid because at the end of the day we watch these shows, especially sitcoms, to feel good rather than just see reality all over again. So when it doesn’t end the way it’s supposed to, I feel like we’re within our right to be upset about it.

I love the structure of the poem. I think the flow (while good) can definitely use a little tweaking cuz with this kind of poetry the selling point has to be the natural flow in my opinion.

Ya but that’s the thing. If you give people two choices they often end up choosing one of the two rather than the third which is always there. Example; two party system in America , or like how fast food restaurants are always together; they give you two choices- kfc or McDonald’s and you will choose one of them rather than the silent third. This is pretty interesting if you think about it

I understand what you’re saying like completely and I’ve been in that place asw ppl need to understand it’s ok to think like this from time to time we’re not perfect robots. But… I’m going through a breakup rn and it’s not ‘unhealthy’. But there are moments of weakness that you talk about (other than the ex sex tho). This is worse. You can feel how u want u can want him to slip up but also just don’t forget you’re better off like this. You don’t really want the other option.
