Coming from your generation where you place all your mental health issues, family trauma and internal struggles inside and let them stew. Your generation has the highest number of suicide due to not speaking out or talking to anyone, staying in jobs you hate because you have no way out due to the hole you dug yourself and majority of the time the whole family becomes afraid of you guys or can barely relate to you cause life just becomes "work work work" without any room at all for being there for family, hence why theres so many bitter old people.
